YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR PATT NUMBER! FAILURE BY YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR PATT NUMBER WHEN YOU REGISTER WILL MAKE YOU INELIGIBILE TO TEST.
If you sign up and pay the reservation fee for a test that is listed as closed and choose not to test another date you forfeit the reservation fee. There are no refunds.

You must fill out the registration form completely AND pay the reservation fee. By submitting this registration form you acknowledging that you have read this entire page and agree to all herein. You also agree to hold harmless Mid-America Safety Services L.L.C, its owners, employees, facility housing test, and any subsidiaries thereof, from any injuries, failures or accidents occurred at testing.
We offer a practical walk through on the Friday night before the test starting at 5pm-7pm at the testing site, this is where you have the opportunity to preview the stations and ask questions. This is offered free of charge. We will also complete registration at this time, so please bring your PATT number and funds to pay for testing.
Testing is on Saturday The location and address of the psycho-motor exam is listed on your confirmation e-mail.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION All test "close" three weeks prior to the test date and the roster is sent to NREMT , once that deadline has passed I cannot add you to the roster and you cannot test on that date. NREMT is no longer allowing any "write in's" on the test.
HOTEL INFORMATION We have a great selection of host hotels to fit any budget, in the Southaven, Mississippi area. We recommend using an online booking site for the best rates.
